Design wall/floor

On the family room floor. Photos taken for blog and also in case a catornado whips through and scrommels up the blocks before I can stitch them together.

UPDATE: The catornado happened.

  1. Sorry about the catornado .. but I really, really, like this pattern ... it's an old pattern (yes/no)?

  2. Yes, it's a pretty basic old one - some kind of pinwheels though I don't know exactly what one would call them. I wanted a classic old design for these repro fabrics.

I should take another picture now, lol

  4. There always seems to be some kind of whirlwind when we get a quilt laid out. Your quilt is fabulous!

  5. I blamed the cats, but then I caught my dog DIGGING A HOLE in the middle of the layout for some unknown reason.

  7. I use a design floor a lot and have a similar problem with the puppy chasing the old cat ...happens every time. The quilt is lovely!

  13. Very pretty, I love it. I think that it is soft and has great pattern to it.

I thought Word Verification would be enough to discourage spammers, but evidently not. So I'm turning on Comment Moderation for awhile to see if that helps. Please don't be deterred from leaving real comments. I love them!
