Not since I rediscovered printable boxes which are freely available on many websites. This one came from Shala's site. I printed it on half of a manila folder, cut it out and glued it up, then punched a hole at the top and threaded pretty ribbon through it.

I thought Word Verification would be enough to discourage spammers, but evidently not. So I'm turning on Comment Moderation for awhile to see if that helps. Please don't be deterred from leaving real comments. I love them!
