Milk update

Remember I said the kids were drinking a lot more milk now out of glass bottles? - We are going through at least a gallon a day right now! That's for 5 of us (the college student is still home till Sunday). Our bones are getting stronger by the moment. :)

    Wow .. I think we may use 2-1/2 gallons a month ;) I like to make kefir and buttermilk with some of the our milk .. it really adds 'shelf' life and keeps it from spoiling as fast.

I thought Word Verification would be enough to discourage spammers, but evidently not. So I'm turning on Comment Moderation for awhile to see if that helps. Please don't be deterred from leaving real comments. I love them!
