  1. Don't call me up and nag me about a premium you think I owe even though I canceled the policy at the end of 2009 and received your confirmation of same so you oughta know.
  2. Then don't tell me to "hang on a second" and then put me on hold for... well, a lot longer than my patience held out.
  3. Then when you call me back, don't hold a little conversation with your supervisor with your hand over the phone, expecting me to wait patiently while you sort out your intraoffice issues.
