I am trying to be consistent with my bloggy friends and keeping up with them! I have been overwhelmed as of the last 6 months and so i am tremendously OUT of the loop!
Loved the idea of chili and cornbread! I made a big batch of my Buffalo and black bean chili a couple of months ago and then decide to can it in the pressure canner. I can know pop open a jar and have a delicious meal in no time at all. I really don't know why I didn't think of iot earlier!
